Jayam Ravi and Jeeva join hands

Jayam Ravi is planing to step into film direction and most probably his first project will be a double hero subject. According to sources, Jeeva will be the notable young hero who will share the screen with Jayam Ravi.

During the audio release function of Thenavatu starring Jeeva and Poonam Bajwa, Jayam Ravi revealed that he already approaced Jeeva regarding his plan and both agreed upon to do this movie next year. In his speech, Ravi also said, in Bollywood, double or triple hero subject is very common unlike in Kollywood. His ultimate aim is to start that trend in tamil industry as well as making a glossy and stylish high-tech movie.

Vijay's "Vettaikaran"

Current trend in kollywood is to remake old movies or re-use old film titles.Vijay also not excluded from this as he decided to name his next venture as Vettaikaran.
This was one of MGR's memorable films.

This movie will be directed by Babu Sivan, assistant of Dharani and to be produced by AVM Balasubramaniam.

Currently Vijay is busy with Villu under the direction of Prabhu Deva and also will be doing a cameo role in his father SA Chandrasekhar's film Panthayam.

According to certain sources, plan are on to remake the Malayalam film 'One Way Ticket' that had Prithiviraj in the lead role and Mammootty in a cameo as himself. The story was about how Mammooty save his ardent fan's love life. One of the big tamil films production banner is said have bought the rights and plan to rope in Vijay in the lead role and Rajini as himself in cameo role.

The sources also added that Superstar is approached to play the role and it not known yet if he will give the green signal.

Hope this will come true BUT the storyline need some major changes to fit both thalapathis and their ardent fans around the world... !!!
